What’s been happening:

As a recent graduate from Penn State, I felt honored to have been honored as Outstanding Alum, especially since attending as a an adult student. I have served on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Society. For a number of years I have designed the alum tree at the Festival of Trees, receiving an award. I am bilingual, certified in the Greek language. I have served my church from local to international levels, on the board of directors, publicity, public relations, art editor, in Choir, G.O.Y.A, and CEOYLA, as well as, representing the Hierarchy of the entire western hemisphere, His Emminence, Archbishop Iakovos. He has left an indelible prime in my life. Our Metropolitan Maximos has become a shining light for so many of us. I own Interior Designs by Katerina. I design upscale creations for all occasions. All style of decor are included, i.e. contemporary, traditional, Asian, and country. Many clients have commented on the originality and uniqueness of my creations. Florals, greens, and accents in silk and dried are created. Also, I am a consultant and guest speaker. Our local country club has purchased a number of my creations. Creating is my passion! Presently, this is a home-based business professionally displayed. In addition, I am employed by the McKeesport Area School DIstrict as a Special Education Assistant for the special needs children.
